Race Cancelled

We are aware of the current status of the COVID-19 virus and we want you to know that we are acting with an abundance of care to make our environment as safe as possible for our guests. We are working with our local and national public health care authorities to take proactive measures, especially concerning large gatherings of people.

With that in mind, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the St. Patrick’s Day 5K scheduled for March 14. It saddens us to take this extraordinary measure, but the health and safety of the community are our top priority and the risk level for our audience at this time is too high for us to move forward with this event as scheduled.

Yesterday at packet pick up we had over 500 people pick up their packets. For those who were unable to attend, we are determining the best way to get you your packet and t-shirt, but know that we will do so in the coming days.

We are exploring other ways to make this race cancellation up to you and will keep you up to date as we have more information to share. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Description

The HRCA Mtn. Bike Series consists of 4 races that take place in the Highlands Ranch Backcountry Wilderness area on Wednesday evenings in July & August. Free beer will be served post-race for participants 21+ as well as burgers and hot dogs complimentary of Christian Cycling. All skill levels are welcome!

All races begin at 6:00 p.m.

July 17th- Highlands Point Circuit (Red Tail Park)

July 24th- Rocky Gulch Circuit (Red Tail Park)

July 31st- Badlands Circuit (Red Tail Park)

August 8th- Wildcat Mtn. Circuit (Rocky Heights Middle School)

Kids races are free and do not require registration. All kids races begin at 5:45 p.m. The kids races take place on a concrete path contained in the park area.
