ENTRY FEES
Trot, walk, jog, or run 2 miles... It's all for fun!

EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT 2 Mile Pre-Registered Entry Fee = $20 (must register by September 30)

2 Mile Pre-Registered Entry Fee = $25

2 Mile Race Day Entry Fee = $30 (cash/check only)

Also featuring the Tiny Tot Turkey Trot Kids Fun Run!!  Kids run will be FIRST at 9:00, followed by the main run around 9:15.

Kids Fun Run Entry Fee = $10

Please add $1 for XXL and $2 for XXXL shirts.

In the event of inclement weather, emergency or a natural disaster, Hope FM and RaceSmith reserve the right to cancel or postpone the race. In the event of cancellation or postponement, there will be no refunds.

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS
Pre-Race Packet Pick Up/Registration: Wednesday, November 26, 2025, 10 - 2 PM at Hope FM, 3419 St. Johns Ave, Palatka, FL 32177
Race Day Packet Pick Up/Registration: Thursday, November 27, 2025, 8:00 - 9:00 AM at Riverfront Park.
Kids Fun Run start - 9:00 AM;  2 Mile Race start immediately following, likely 9:15 AM

AWARDS
The Trot for HOPE will be a non-competitive, non-scored, fun, festive holiday event; be sure to look at the display clock when you finish, for your time. All finishers will receive a finisher's medal as they cross the finish line. Top 5 male and top 5 female finishers will receive a prize TBD.

The first five finishers of the Tiny Tot Turkey Trot will receive a prize TBD.

TEAM COMPETITION
Sign up with your church, school, business, club, or family to be eligible for the team competition. A prize will be awarded to the team with the most participants at the event: a Kona Ice Party for up to 50 people.

AMENITIES
T-shirts, goody bag, post-race refreshments, event photos shared online.  T-shirts in desired sizes available while supplies last. Register early to be sure to get one!

Day-of event coffee will be provided by Gem City Coffee.

Thank you for considering sponsoring Trot for Hope! Deadline for sponsors is November 8 so your name will be included on our T-shirts. The earlier you commit to being a sponsor the more promotion you'll receive. Sponsors will be mentioned on the radio, online, on shirts, and day of race. You have the option of including something in the goody bag given to participants. We're planning for 800 bags and need the items by November 22.
