BRING ON SUMMER RUNNING! HEAT AND HUMIDITY WON'T STOP US!
The Walton Youth Running Club's Summer Sizzler Virtual Miles Challenge is all about staying motivated and active over the Summer. Join us and amp up your summer with a healthy, physical challenge that will get you outside staying active and crushing your running goals. Set your own mileage goal or take on the 100 mile challenge set by the Summer Sizzler. Want to do more? No problem, you can surpass 100 miles and complete as many miles as you can during the 3 months. Make it social - gather your friends, running groups, and family (from anywhere)....a little healthy competition is fun!

Recruit your family, friends, and running buddies. Start runin' - Run anywhere at any time from 5/19-8/18 with the goal of accumulating your chosen mileage (100 miles is the default but you can change your goal in the online platform).

Record Your Miles: From your device or computer, log into your profile on runsignup.com and click on the results tab. You can log your miles online daily, weekly, or in segments of your choice. If it is easier, we have a printable calendar to record your miles to keep track over the summer. Just remember to log all results online by August 18th@ 11:59pm (EST)

Follow Your Progress: After each run, watch the progress bar grow as you get closer to your goal. Throughout the event, you will earn digital badges for achieving milestones.

Pick up your t-shirt: Come pick up your well-earned t-shirt on August 24th from noon to 4:00pm at Big Peach Running Company in Marietta, GA
T-shirt Pickup
All participants receive a short sleeve commemorative T-shirt. Can't make it to packet pickup? You may select to have your t-shirt shipped to you during registration.
