All routes follow an open-course format with full road safety support, including SAG vehicles, medical staff, and law enforcement presence. Rest stops every 10–15 miles offer hydration, snacks, and amenities to keep you going strong.

Prefer to ride on your own? The Virtual Tour de Lou lets you log your miles anytime, anywhere, with the same mileage options and flexibility to ride over multiple days.
