A Last Man Standing Triathlon

No timing. It only matters about your place.

• 50 yard swim
• 2.88 mile bike
• 1/2 mile run
• 10 person heats
• Last finsher of the heat is eliminated
• As soon as heats complete, we random select, regroup, and run it again
• We keep going till there is only one.

The idea is that most people don't practice transition and if you do practice it, it is not at a race pace. This will help you speed up your transition and do it in a fun and competitive way. We are hosting the event at Town South Swim and Tennis Club, 9630 Town South Dr, Shreveport, LA 71115.
