You don’t have to run! You can walk, swim, bike... whatever you like to finish the equivalent of a 5K (generally around 30 to 60 minutes of exercise).
Simply pick a date and sign up. Currently, only one person can sign up per day. So if the date you'd like isn't available, consider picking a different day. You can also choose multiple days.
After you've finished your 5K, please let us know! You can tell us by emailing 5KforMyanmar@gmail.com or by messaging @5KforMyanmar on Instagram account. Ideally we'd love a picture of you or a view of where you did the 5K. Please also share your 5K experience using #5KforMyanmar on social media. Encourage everyone to learn more about what’s happening in Myanmar and to donate if they can.
