25th Annual SKP Fundraiser Bike Tour

In memory of Betsy Bohl; supporting maintenance of the Simon Kenton Trail

Your choice of a flat to hilly Metric Century or 25 mile Silver Anniversary Ride through beautiful Champaign and surrounding Counties, or a 15 Mile ride completely on the Simon Kenton Trail (ideal for families with children).  In addition, we are working on a totally flat option (combination of trail and rural roads).

 Our SKP Board, in the interest of promoting youth cycling and helping families, has decided to make all youth registrations, ages 0-17 free; if pre-registered and with an adult registration.    Children must also be accompanied by an adult rider and wear a helmet to participate.

This years routes are all in process of design.  We hope to have them posted online ASAP.  We use Ride with GPS.

(While all effort is made to design a route which is close to the distance advertised, sometimes a road project causes us to revise a route.  Thus, all distances are approximate!)

We encourage safe and smart cycling!  Wearing bright colors, lights on bike or trike, helmets and following all traffic laws will help us conduct a safe and enjoyable ride.

Registration:

Register online by June 30th & Save!

• Ages 18+ Adults - $25.00 
• Ages 0-17 - $0.00

July 1st-August 31st:

• Ages 18+ Adults - $35
• Ages 0-17 - $0

After August 31st and Ride Day registration: 

• Ages 18+ Adults - $50.00
• Ages 0 thru 17 - $15.00

There is also a virtual option which we added for those who are unable to make it on September 7th or who live far away.  

• Registration fees are same as above
•  Participants  will get a tour T-shirt sent to  you and includes the  cost of  postage + you help the mission of the Simon Kenton Trail!

Note: that there is a small service charge incurred at registration by RunSignUp!

Included with registration:

• Continental Breakfast Courtesy of the Depot Coffee House, served from 7:30am-10:00am
• Snacks, sport drinks and  water at the Depot and all SAG stations along the routes
• Mobile SAG services provided by Cyclotherapy Bicycle Shop 
• Post-Ride food voucher for either of two (2) different food trucks or The Depot worth $5.00
• Quality 50/50 blend Pathfinders T-Shirt* for registrations received by August 31st will be available on tour date.  Late registrations, after 8/31,  will receive their T-shirts ASAP after the event!  (*Estimated Fair Market Value (FMV) of T-shirt is $10.50)
• All YOUTH registrations for ages 0-17 will receive a bike helmet while they last!  Sizes and colors are limited.
