Winter Indoor Bike Program - January 12th - March 9th, 2023
Become a stronger cyclist even when winter weather makes it tough to get outside!
We know how tough it can be to head out for a ride when temps are falling, wind is blowing and it's already dark when wrapping up work. Jumping on a trainer alone for the umpteenth time starts to get old. Our Winter Indoor Bike Program offers you the opportunity to become a stronger cyclist just in time for cycling volume to begin building going into spring. Through a combination of anaerobic and aerobic intervals, focus on efficient pedaling mecahinics, body position, guidance in gearing/resistance, cadence and even hill climbing, all selected to achieve intensities related to training zones - you will get stronger!

Evaluations used in establishing training zones will be conducted during the first class (January 12th). Attending this evaluation class will allow you to get the most out of this bike program! For this evaluation, You'll need a heart rate monitor (or power meter) and a cadence sensor. We're going to have a blast...guaranteed!
