**FREE** Kid's Dash

If your littles are excited to join in the experience, but aren't quite ready to tackle a full 5K, we highly recommend on KID'S DASH! This is a short 100–200-meter sprint prior to the start of the race to give our little ones the opportunity to experience the racing environment without the pressure of a seemingly long, endless course. Dashers run for FREE but can still purchase a t-shirt and a finisher medal as an add-on.

**NEW** 1 Mile Option

Run Different is adding a brand new 1 MILE OPTION to all of our 2026 events! This is perfect for those who are just dipping their toes into the racing experience as well as friends, families, and social group that just want to go for a nice stroll. Our milers will still receive finisher medals and participation shirts; however, this will be an untimed event with no age group awards.

**NEW** Virtual Option

Our 2026 events will now be offering a VIRTUAL RACE OPTION! Select the virtual option when registering and we will ship your shirt and medal directly to you the week of the race!

Run for a Purpose

Run Different is all about giving back! In doing so, we have multiple charities that we support throughout the year. Donate to one or all of the charities below and help us to make a difference in our world!

Special Olympics:

Special Olympics is a global sports movement that unleashes the human spirit every day around the world through the transformative power and joy of sport. Through programming in sports, health, education and community building, Special Olympics is tackling the inactivity, stigma, isolation, and injustice that people with intellectual disabilities (ID) face. Our work goes far beyond sports events, driving social change that enables full social participation for people with ID.

Special Olympics approach is to deliver, high-quality training and competition in an inclusive culture through Unified Sports which allows for people with and without intellectual disabilities to play on the same field. We offer 30-plus Olympic-style individual and team sports that provide meaningful training and competition opportunities for athletes ranging in age from 2 to 99! Special Olympics teammates benefit in gaining quality sport experiences due to the rules set forth in Sport Rules Article 1. This premise for all Special Olympics sports is strengthened from partnerships with International Sport Federations, social inclusion opportunities through Unified Schools, as well as opportunities to develop basic skills at age 2 through Young Athletes.

Run Different is proud to donate 40% of all profits and 100% of all donations to this organization and they're great cause.

Encounter Church (Fate):

We believe strongly in sharing the Gospel of Jesus and doing our part to reach the lost and point them to Jesus. Encounter Church - Fate is the home church of Run Different and we are honored to donate 10% of all profits and 100% of all donations to this church and they're amazing cause.
