FREE for Titanium Level Club Spinistry members!
Staging from 4R Ranch Vineyards & Winery in Muenster, TX. 50 mile day (100ish miles round trip) on the best gravel roads in North Texas.
Featuring culinary artist, Chef Brad Green! Camping is included for both Friday and Saturday night. Saturday overnight at Ponderosa Guest Ranch. Optional cabin stays are available for those not into sleeping on the ground.
Limited to 12 guest spots plus support crew. Chef Brad will be preparing Saturday breakfast at 4R Ranch and Saturday dinner at Ponderosa Guest Ranch. Sunday grab and go breakfast will be provided as well.
Don't have bikepacking gear or just don't want to carry it? We will shuttle your gear for you and we can provide a tent if you don't have one.
Please note this will be a self navigated gravel route. There will NOT be any directional arrows or SAG support. This would be suitable for beginner bikepackers but not for beginner gravel riders.
$300 is the cost of a 12 month Titanium Club Spinistry membership. The fee will be waived at checkout for existing Titanium members. If you are upgrading another level of membership we will extend your current membership by 12 months and upgrade you to Titanium for the full balance of BOTH memberhip terms.
This is intended as an educational opportunity for all bikepacking experience levels. It is a rain or shine event.
Preliminary Itinerary
Friday, 6/6 (Optional) - Camping at 4R with socializing at the tasting room through the evening
Saturday, 6/7
8am - Breakfast at 4R Ranch
9am - Group rollout to Ponderosa Guest Ranch
4pm - Roundtable discussion/education
6pm - Saturday dinner at Ponderosa Guest Ranch
7pm - Recording of ShiftLess Episode 100 and something
Sunday, 6/8
8am Grab and Go Breakfast
8:30am Rolling to 4R Ranch
2:00pm Regroup/socializing at 4R Ranch
Please note that we will not be providing alchohol at this trip BUT we will be more than happy to shuttle your contributions to the community ice chest on your behalf. That way you won't have to carry a 6 pack (or whatever) on your bike.
