Join us this September for the C26 HYROX Training Camp! A one-of-a-kind weekend designed specifically for athletes preparing to take on the challenge of HYROX racing. Great for both first time athletes, experienced athletes or just those that are curious;) Hosted at the state-of-the-art C26 Hub inside the Bluhawk Sports Complex, this camp is built for athletes of all levels who want to improve their HYROX performance through focused, hands-on coaching in both running and functional fitness. This camp is for beginners, intermediate and advanced athletes.
What You Can Expect:
- Expert Coaching led by C26’s team of experienced HYROX Performance Coaches and Endurance Specialists with decades of

- Race-Specific Training Sessions targeting sled push/pull, lunges, wall balls, burpee broad jumps, skierg, rowing, farmer's carries, and more
- Running Mechanics & Strategy Workshops to improve pacing, transitions, and efficiency across all 8 run/functional segments.
- Mobility, Recovery & Nutrition Tips tailored for high-volume functional training and race-day readiness
- Performance Testing & Metrics Tracking to gauge progress and set benchmarks
- Q&A + Chalk Talks on training periodization, mindset, and how to race at your best

Robbie Bruce — founder of C26 Triathlon, Hyrox Performance Coach, and coach of athletes at the Hyrox World Championships — brings decades of endurance expertise and a proven system to help you build power, pacing, and strategy.
Kory Robertson,- C26 Hub Fitness Manager and expert in Tactical Strength & Conditioning (TSAC), FMS, DNS, and Precision Nutrition, delivers elite-level strength, mobility, and recovery strategies honed over 12+ years of performance coaching.

Friday, September 19: Arrival + Metabolic Testing + Movement Prep
2:00–3:00 PM - Camp Check-in, Gear Distribution
3:00–4:30 PM - Running Mechanics and Pacing Overview (1:1 instruction)
4:30–5:30 PM - Movement Screening + Functional Warm-Up
6:00–7:30 PM - Welcome Dinner + HYROX Overview + Camp Kickoff Talk
Saturday, September 20: Strength Efficiency + Engine Development
7:00–8:00 AM - Light Jog + Plyometrics + Hip/Shoulder Prep
8:00–9:30 AM - Session 1: Run + Wall Balls Efficiency & Transitions
9:30–10:30 AM - Breakfast + Seminar: “HYROX Pacing and Execution”
11:00–12:30 PM - Session 2: Sled Push & Pull Mechanics + Partner Drills
1:00–2:00 PM - Lunch + Q&A
2:30–4:00 PM - Session 3: Functional Strength Circuit (Burpees, Farmers, Lunges)
4:00–5:00 PM - Recovery: Compression Boots, Cold Plunge, Sauna + Breath work
6:00–7:30 PM - Group Dinner or Coach’s Roundtable
Sunday, September 21: Simulation Day + Personalized Coaching
7:00–8:00 AM - Dynamic Warm-Up + Race Prep
8:00–10:00 AM - Full HYROX Simulation (Individual or Partner)
10:30–11:30 AM - Cool Down + Post-Workout Nutrition Chat
11:30–12:30 PM - 1-on-1 Debriefs with Coaches
12:30 PM - Departures + Optional Gym and Recovery Lounge Use
Camp T-Shirt
In order to receive a camp shirt with your registration, you need to sign up no later than AUGUST 15, 2025.
Hotel
Travel/Lodging is NOT covered by C26. It is up to the Athlete to find his/her way to camp and have a place lined up to stay.

MCI Airport is the closest being about 45 minutes away.
Cancellation Policy
This camp is non-refundable.
Deferment of any camp entry will only be accepted if you are injured, or a work commitment arises 30 days prior to camp. Deferrals expire after 1 year at which you will no longer be able to put it towards another camp.
Any cancellations within the 30 day window of your camp start date will NOT receive a deferment option. Camp costs, camp gift, etc. will already be finalized and cannot be changed, or refunded to us.
