Hi Amity Friends!
Our January Challenge was such a huge hit this year, we thought we would keep it going! This one is structured a little differently... The challenge is to do any physical activity for at least 30 minutes a day at least 6 days a week. On the 7th day, you can run or walk a mile. Your activity can be anything that gets your heart rate up! Run, walk, spin, box, strength train, yoga, pilates, if it's a workout for you, it counts!
