Advanced Pick-up
Avoid lines at the New Year's Day 5K (and other early races) by coming to our advanced pickup at the MCRRC Warehouse on NYE, December 31, between 3pm and 5pm.
Address: 14672 Southlawn Lane, Bay I ("eye"), Rockville, MD.
This is a drive-thru pickup, so please remain in your vehicle and look-up your bib number before you arrive. You can look it up here. When you pull up, simply let the volunteers know your number and they will hand your the bib & chip. If you have an old chip to trade in, you can hand it to the volunteer at that time. Remember, if you are a new member or do not have an old chip to exchange, you will need a $5 deposit (cash, please) with you that day.
*** Important Notes:
If you already submitted for a personalized bib & chip for the year, you do not need to use the low-key registration form – you already have a bib and it will be waiting for you at the registration table at your first low-key race of the year.
Please only sign up for one bib per year. If you cannot remember if you have already signed up, you can use the Find a Participant tool on the registration form.
Also, please ONLY signup for a low-key bib & chip if you intend to participate in our low-key race series. The preparation of bibs & chips is a use of club resources – thank you in advance for your cooperation!
