Copper Peak Trails Fest has gone virtual for 2020 - come join a fun mountain bike race and trail run set on the beautiful trails at North America's largest ski jump! The course navigates down to the Black River then climbs 500+ vertical feet to the historic Copper Peak ski flying jump. The downhill is fast and flowy with intermittent jumps and bridges. Racers have the option of a 2 LAP MOUNTAIN BIKE RACE (8 miles) or a 1 LAP TRAIL RUN (4 miles) on the Copper Peak Trails. We hope you can support the trails and join us for this fun event!
2 Lap Mountain Bike – $25
1 Lap Trail Run – $25
Registration and event participation is open from August 1st until October 18th.
1. Complete 2 laps (mountain bike) or 1 lap (trail run) on the Copper Peak Trail any time during the open race period.
2. The course is raced counter-clockwise starting from the main parking lot.
3. Track your run/ride using a number of apps or GPS units – Strava, MapMyRun, Garmin, etc.
4. Visit the RunSignup Copper Peak Trails Fest results page and either enter your time manually or click load activity from file to upload a GPX or FIT file.
The race is at the Copper Peak Ski Flying Hill, just north of Bessemer, MI.
All registrants will be entered into a raffle for some great giveaways. More details coming soon!
