The 2026 Annual Membership Meeting, Election and Runner Recognition Awards (for 2025) will be held on March 18, 2025 at 6:00pm at Consumers Credit Union Corporate Office, 7200 Elm Valley Drive, Kalamazoo, MI 49009.

The evening will feature dinner, the Annual Membership Meeting & Election, the 2025 Runner Recognition Awards Presentation and a Door Prize Drawing.

This event is FREE to current Kalamazoo Area Runners (KAR) members and $10 for Non-member guests. The event fee is discounted on the final registration page for all current KAR members.  The event runs from 6:00 - 7:30 pm and the agenda is as follows:

• 6:00 - 6:30 - Arrival and Dinner
• 6:30 - 6:45 - Annual Membership Meeting and Election
• 6:45 - 7:15 - 2025 Runner Recognition Awards Presentation 
• 7:15 - 7:30 - Door Prize Drawing
