Lace up for a fun and scenic start to your Sunday at the inaugural No Pour Decisions 5K & 1 Mile Run/Walk, to be held at Black Star Farms in Suttons Bay. Wind your way through vineyards, past the horse pastures, and along wooded trails as part of this unique way to close out the Traverse City Food & Wine experience. Whether you're running or strolling, you'll enjoy breathtaking views, fresh air, and a feeling that perfectly pairs with your culinary experience.
This is a mixed terrain event, with most of the 5K and 1 Mile courses taking place on unpaved trails and grass.
All participants will receive a commemorative No Pour Decisions t-shirt and finisher medal, plus one complimentary wine pour (must be 21+) courtesy of Black Star Farms!

All 5K and 1 Mile participants will receive this custom commemorative No Pour Decisions t-shirt! This shirt is a 50/50 polyester/cotton blend, offering the best of both worlds between moisture wicking and supreme comfort.
Sizes offered range from Adult XS - 3XL.
Finishers of the No Pour Decisions 5K and 1 Mile will receive this custom designed finisher medal! As an added bonus, this medal doubles as a wine stopper!
