2025 Run with the Swarm 5K

Rochester Community and Technical College is proud to partner with the Med City Marathon to deliver an outstanding race-day experience for all participants—whether you're a seasoned competitor or embarking on your first walk/run.

The course will both start and finish at the Rochester Regional Stadium and will guide participants through highlights of the RCTC campus, city athletic fields, and scenic landscapes. Along the route, you’ll find hydration and EMS stations, as well as course support to keep you motivated and safe throughout the event.

An awards ceremony will follow the race, recognizing the top finishers in the following categories:

• Top 3 in each age group:
  • 14 & under
  • 15–19
  • 20–29
  • 30–39
  • 40–64
  • 65+
• Fastest RCTC Student
• Best Costume

Registration Fees:

$25 for RCTC students
$35 for all other participants

The registration fee includes a race shirt and goodie bag if registered by Wednesday, August 27. Participants registering after this date will not receive a shirt or bag.

Check-in will take place at the Rochester Regional Stadium box office. Parking will be available in front of the Regional Sports Center.
