Registration/Packet Pickup: 7:00 AM under the ticketing pavillion.

Depending on the size of the event, two heats may be ran with younger kids running first, then older kids, to prevent any injuries.
5K Run and 5K with a Stroller: 8:30 AM
1 Mile Walk: 9:00 AM next to Elephant Crossing and the lion exhibit.
Parking
Free parking is available at the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo. Please note that due to contruction at the Rainforest Building, participants may have to park further away from the entrance. Please allow for extra time to park and make it to the start line.

Refunds and Transfer Information
Refunds:
Sorry, but all entries are non-refundable. Once we've recieved and processed your entry, you will not recieve a refund, you may not give or sell your race number to other people, and entry fees are not tranferable to the next year's race or any other race.
Transfer Information:
To complete a transfer, got to your profile on Runsignup and chose either the refund tranfer or gift transfer option. Enter in the transferee's name and email to send them the transferring registration. Once the transferee completes the registration, the orginal registrant is removed from the race.
Refund Transfers: Transferee pays the current price of the registration.
