The Cape Fear Tri club mobility and strength program consists of weekly workouts designed to develop range of motion, build durability, and increase strength targeted to endurance athletes of any experience level. The program offers both in-person and online options.
The program was created by triathlon coaches, personal trainers, physical therapists, and other experts with YOU in mind. There is a clear beginning, middle, and end to the structured workouts along with periodic assessments to make sure progress is being made in a healthy and sustainable way.
