THE RACE
Walk or run the 8th Annual Journey to Heal Ministries 5K & 1.5Mile Hope Run event on April 26, 2026, in support of survivors of sexual abuse in your community.
According to RAINN (Rape and Incest National Network) and the CDC, every 68 seconds someone in America has been sexually assaulted and every 9 minutes that someone is a child. If nothing changes 1 in 10 children will be sexually abused before they turn 18.
You can help raise awareness and support survivors in your community as you walk or run with us at Long Leaf Park on April 26th at 5pm, or virtually in your own community anytime and anywhere between April 1st - April 26th!
Together we can #END1IN10 and help survivors #LIVEABETTERSTORY

Programs include free one to one mentoring, support groups, education and awareness events, helpful resources for survivors and supporters, and an annual women’s conference providing a safe place for survivors to be encouraged and inspired while finding life-giving community for their journey to heal.
