To Our Colleagues,

The Black Employees United at Integra for Leadership and Development (B.U.I.L.D) business resource group invites you to participate in an Integra Juneteenth Virtual 5K taking place between June 1, 2025 through June 30, 2025 in support of the:

  1. Thurgood Marshall College Fund
  2. Children's Brain Tumor Foundation

Juneteenth is a time for us to assess, improve and engage in conversations on how we can contribute to the betterment of our society. What better way to actively think about how to do that than a walk or run to focus on how we can unify, heal and stem the tide of a societal issue that we have been confronting for far too long?

As a virtual 5K, participants will be able to run during the timeframe of the event as they see fit. It is our hope that colleagues will take time for themselves during the week of this event to keep their bodies moving! An in-person Juneteenth Celebration will be scheduled for June 17, 2025, in our global Princeton, New Jersey headquarters. The Theme for this event is Mind Over Matter: Celebrating Freedom & Mental Strength. We will invite employees in Princeton to attend a walk/run outside of the 1100 campus following the event. Details regarding this event will be shared at a later date. 

Additionally, registering for this event includes a race packet that will include a T-Shirt, Race Bib and surprise additional items! All race packets will be mailed to each registrant. We encourage everyone to take photos throughout their run using the #IntegraJuneteenth5K. For those interested in donating, but not registering for the event, please click the Donate tab at the top of the webpage.

Our goal is to have 150 employees registered for this event, but we can’t do that without your participation! 

As a thank you to all participants, there will be a randomized raffle taking place! All Integra employees that submit photos taken during their walk/run will be entered into a raffle to win a themed basket ranging anywhere from snack baskets to self-care baskets or a gift card! This is our way of thanking you all for your participation! All photos and names of individuals within the photo should be sent to build@integralife.com.
