Jamestown Farmers Market 5K

Our first EVER Market 5k! Join in the summer fun on August 16th in downtown Jamestown for an exciting and delicious 5k! Sample local goods before during and after the race at the Jamestown Farmers Market. Funds raised will help support the market's work to increase food access in and around the Jamestown area. This race is professionally timed, but all speeds are welcome to run or walk and enjoy the course around the city.

Check In: 8:30 am - 9:20 am

Race Start Time: 9:30 am

Race Start: Cherry Street & 2nd Street Intersection (don't worry there will be signs)

Race End: On 3rd Street in front of Wicked Warren
Check In
In the map above you'll see the purple block that outlines the market space on 3rd Street between Cherry St & Main St. You'll come to our Market Information Tent & Token Exchange to check in for the race starting at 8:30 am. You'll get your swag bag, shirt if you bought one, and your race bib!
Race Start & End
The race will start just outside the market area on Cherry Street toward 2nd Street. We will start promptly at 9:30 am!

The 5K route will end in front of Wicked Warren's on 3rd Street.
Police Directions
As this is a small race, the Jamestown Police have asked if runners and walkers can keep to the parking lanes, bicycle lanes, and/or sidewalks as much as possible as roads will not be fully closed down.

The Race Route and the link to the route is below. We'll also have a printed directions for walkers (or runners) that may miss a volunteer or police if they've moved onto the next stop.
