Tim Steiskal is a well-known and extremely talented triathlon competitor sponsored by Western Beef. Many know him as the familiar face at the YMCA as a spin instructor and swim instructor. He is a veteran on the hills as he began his victorious career in his hometown of Connecticut and has helped to prepare many Long Island competitors for their triathlon seasons. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to set up. Starting promptly at 8:00AM.
