Walkers are welcome to participate
*Must be 21 years or older to participate - Be sure to bring your ID!
** There will be no workout the week of Spring Break (March 15th) or the week of Oktoberfest (October 18th).
If you can't commit to the entire training session you can drop in on a weekly basis. You will be asked to complete an online liability waiver and the weekly drop in fee is $15.00.
