2nd Annual Walk to Shine

The Emersynn Isla Shining Star Foundation warmly invites you to join us for the 2nd Annual Walk to Shine. Following an amazing turnout last year, we're excited to make this year's walk even bigger and better. This event is a heartfelt gathering aimed at making a significant impact in the lives of children receiving palliative and hospice care. The Walk to Shine will once again be held at Hopewell Park in Center Valley with a route approximately one mile long, perfect for avid walkers or families who prefer a casual stroll. Feel free to walk as long as you like. The day will also include entertaining children’s activities, lively music, delicious food, and opportunities to win raffle baskets/tickets/gift cards.

As we come together for this uplifting purpose, each step symbolizes a step forward in support of these courageous children and their families. This is the perfect opportunity to shine brightly for those who need it most, to fill their lives with moments of joy, and to remind them that they are not alone. Every penny raised will support children in palliative or hospice care and their families. Your participation is key in spreading love and light to those in need.

*All walkers who register by September 1, 2025, will receive a complimentary Walk to Shine t-shirt, which features our walk logo and event sponsors 

*Online registration will remain open until September 30, 2025

*Registrations will also be accepted on the day of the walk

IN-PERSON WALK REGISTRATION FEES:

Ages 13 & older: $25.00

Ages 3-12: $15.00

Ages 2 and under: Free

VIRTUAL WALK REGISTRATION FEES:

Ages 13 & older: $30.00

Ages 3-12: $20.00

For virtual walkers only: shirts will be shipped in the middle of September

Registered individuals/families are encouraged to choose a donation goal & create a fundraising page

*The top 3 fundraising individuals/families will be recognized and receive a prize on the day of the walk.
