Light The Night for the McCormick's

Come out and help us support the McCormick family! Brian McCormick, owner of Ye' Old Cycle Barn in Hughesville, is experiencing complications from brain surgery on July 22nd.  This has left him hospitalized since then and will require extensive hospitalization and rehabilitation.  

We will be having a fun run on Friday, September 27th to benefit the McCormick Family. One hundred percent of the registration fee will be donated directly to the family to support them while Brian is hospitalized.

Bring your headlamps and night gear to light up the night in honor of the McCormick family!  Registration will be from 5-6, fun run will start just after 6pm.  Two total distance options to choose from 6 miles and 4.5 approximately.  Everyone will start at Williamsport Area Middle School.  One group will head toward Williamsport High School and the other group will head up Oliver Avenue.  Both groups will intersect around Fox Hollow road and then head toward Round Hills road to Dewey Ave and then to New Trail Brewing Company.  New Trail has agreed to graciously donate one drink token to each registered runner over the age of 21.  Proper identification is required to receive a drink token.  New Trail will be extending their hours for our group run to 9pm.  Stay as long as you would like and then head back to the school at the end.  It is about 1.7 miles from New Trail back to the Williamsport Middle School. Same day registration will be available.

Please note: this is a fun run to support and benefit the McCormick family.  No timing will take place.
