PTI 5k/10k Run on the Runway

NOTE FOR ALL: RUNNERS, WALKERS, SPONSORS, VENDORS & VOLUNTEERS

(EVEN RETURNING PARTICIPANTS):

Parking for the Run on the Runway will change starting in 2026. All participants will now park at the Truist Leadership Institute at 7807 Airport Center Dr, Greensboro, NC 27409.

Text Directions:

From Winston-Salem:

• Take I-40 East toward Greensboro.
• Take Exit 210 (Piedmont Parkway / Bryan Blvd).
• Turn left onto NC-68.
• Continue for approx. 1.5 miles.
• Take the exit for Cornerstone Drive and continue to the stop light.
• Turn left onto Regional Road and proceed approx. 1000 feet.
• The Truist Leadership Institute parking lot entrance will be on your left.
• Follow event signage and police to the designated parking area.

From Greensboro (via I-40 & Bryan Boulevard):

• Take I-40 West toward Winston-Salem.
• Take Exit 210 (Piedmont Parkway / Bryan Blvd).
• Turn right onto Bryan Boulevard.
• Continue for approx. 1.5 miles.
• Take the exit for Cornerstone Drive and continue to the stop light.
• Turn left onto Regional Road and proceed approx. 1000 feet.
• The Truist Leadership Institute parking lot entrance will be on your left.
• Follow event signage and police to the designated parking area.

From Greensboro (via Bryan Boulevard only):

• Take Bryan Boulevard west toward the airport.
• Continue past PTI Airport.
• Take the right exit toward NC-68 south.
• Take the first right exit for Cornerstone Drive and continue to the stop light.
• Turn left onto Regional Road and proceed approx. 1000 feet.
• The Truist Leadership Institute parking lot entrance will be on your left.
• Follow event signage and police to the designated parking area.

From High Point (via NC-68):

• Take NC-68 north toward Greensboro.
• Continue straight past I-40 for approx. 1.5 miles.
• Take the exit for Cornerstone Drive and continue to the stop light.
• Turn left onto Regional Road and proceed approx. 1000 feet.
• The Truist Leadership Institute parking lot entrance will be on your left.
• Follow event signage and police to the designated parking area.

 

Notes for Attendees:

• Event signage and volunteers will be present to guide traffic.
• Please arrive early to allow time for parking and shuttle/walk access to the runway event area.
• All participants must park at the Truist Leadership Institute — no onsite runway parking.
