• 4:00PM-6:30PM - Packet Pickup at the big tent and day-before registration opens. Enjoy complimentary chips and salsa from Crystal Mountain and Tris4Health

Saturday, October 18, 2025 - Race Day

• 8:00am - Packet pickup and Day-of Registration opens at the big tent.
• 8:30am - 9:30am - Bike shop and business sponsors setup, music starts.
• 9:00am - Music and live announcing
• 9:20am - Presentation of the National Anthem
• 9:30am - First wave goes off
• 10:15am - Clipper chairlift starts operation
• 10:45am - First racers in the Beginner category start to finish.
• 11:00am - First keg is tapped, beer tent is open!
• 11:45am - Awards ceremonty for Beginner category
• 12:50pm - Pros and Expert Categories start
• 1:15 pm - Awards ceremony for Sport category
• 3:00pm - Awards ceremony for Pros and Experts
