RELEASE AND WAIVER FOR 2025 POUNDING THE PAVEMENT FOR PINK

The undersigned hereby releases Seymour Pink, Inc., its officers, directors, volunteers and agents; Seymour Tradition, its officers, directors, volunteers and agents; and the Town of Seymour, its employees, servants and agents, from any and all liability arising in any way out of my participation in the Seymour Pink 2025 Pounding The Pavement For Pink 5K and Kids Run which will be held in Seymour and virtually between October 3, 2025 and October 7, 2025.

I also agree to indemnify and hold harmless Seymour Pink, Inc., its officers, directors, volunteers and agents; Seymour Tradition, its officers, directors, volunteers and agents; and the Town of Seymour, its employees, servants and agents, from any and all liability arising out of my participation in the Seymour Pink 2025 Pounding the Pavement For Pink 5K and Kids Run.

I hereby certify that I am medically able and have properly trained to participate in the event and I assume any and all risks of participation in this event. 

I understand that pets are not allowed at the 5k race either for participants or for spectators. I will leave my furry friend at home.

I understand that I may not run with a stroller and that strollers are for walkers only and must start at the back of the race. 

I also grant permission to all all of the foregoing entities to use any photographs, videos or other images or recordings of these events for legitimate purposes.

I understand there are no refunds for registration, that I cannot transfer my bib to someone else, nor can I defer my registration to a future year. All Registrations are Final.
