From helping with rider check-in and course setup to cheering cyclists along the route and supporting post-ride festivities, volunteers are at the heart of making this community event safe, fun, and meaningful.

Whether you’ve been with us since the beginning or you’re joining us for the first time, we need your help. Every volunteer plays a vital role in supporting the riders and raising funds for local organizations that are changing lives right here in Southern Oregon.

Important: Volunteer Form Requirement

To ensure safety, clear communication, and proper role assignments, every single volunteer is required to complete our online Volunteer Form — no exceptions.

• This includes new volunteers, returning volunteers, and those who have volunteered for years.

• Completing the form ensures we have up-to-date emergency contact information, waivers, and role preferences.
