The Rehabiiltation Engagement & Access to Care & Health Fund provides financial assistance to help individuals overcome practical barriers that can limit participation in therapy and rehabilitation. Its purpose is to ensure that patients have access to the basic resources needed to fully engage in their recovery and maintain progress outside of clinical settings. Support from the fund may be used for essential needs such as appropriate footwear, orthotics, replacement wheelchair parts, transportation to and from therapy appointments, caregiver assistance to support exercise and mobility at home, and supplemental adaptive or exercise equipment for home use. By addressing these often-unseen challenges, the REACH Fund helps remove obstacles to care and supports consistent, meaningful participation in therapy and daily movement toward independence.
