Refunds are not allowed for this race.  However we do have options: You can defer, change races, donate your entry fee to the charity, switch to a virtual event or purchase event insurance and receive a refund through your insurance claim. If you want to defer your registration to next year you can do that as well as change to another one of our races within 12 months. If registration for the race you wish to run is not yet open, please reach out to us.

To defer or change races, you do not need to contact us: Simply locate your confirmation email from when you signed up and under your event click the blue hyperlink text that says: Manage Registration

If you would like to switch to a different distance than what you signed up for (for example you signed up for the 10k but want to switch to the 5k or you want to switch to virtual) you can also do that by managing your registration. Downgrading your distance is free, and moving up in distance will require you to pay the difference in price between race distances (i.e. registration for the 10k costs $10 more than the 5k, so we ask for you to pay that amount) 

Please note that registration is locked within 48 hours of the start of the race.  The only change that can be made at that time is when you check in for the race you can let the volunteer or staff member know you wish to downgrade your distance.
