Bib Pickup Options

• Early Bib Pickup
  Saturday, May 3rd, 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
  Marathon Sports, 34 Pleasant Street, Northampton, MA 01062
  Marathon Sports is offering participants 20% off purchases during pickup.
  
  Note: The Hampshire Pride Festival begins around noon downtown — come early to pick up your bib and stick around to enjoy the celebration!

• Race Day Bib Pickup
  Sunday morning starting at 8:00 AM at the airport.

Race Start Time

The race begins promptly at 9:00 AM. Arrive early to allow time for bib pickup, bag drop, and a relaxed start.

Course Info

Yes, you’ll really be on the runway. The 5K course starts and ends on the tarmac, looping through the airport grounds. 

Parking

Parking is available at the Northampton Fairgrounds and in clearly marked areas near the airport. Volunteers will be present to guide you.

Event Entrance

Volunteers will be there to welcome and direct you.

Bag Drop

A safe and staffed area will be available for your bags, extra layers, and reusable water bottles.

Water Stations

There will be water available on the course and at the finish. Please help reduce waste by bringing your own reusable water bottle — label it with your name using masking tape if possible.

Restrooms

Portable toilets will be on site for your convenience.

Fundraising Highlights

This is a fun run fundraiser, all participants who raised $150 or more will receive a special edition Runway 5K beanie at check-in.

Our top fundraiser will have their choice of:

• A $250 gift card to local Easthampton or Northampton businesses

• A scenic airplane ride over the Connecticut River Valley

This event is rain or shine. We hope for clear skies, but we’ll be running either way — so come prepared for take off!
