Move Your Mind

Move Your Mind for to help raise funds and awareness for Memory Matters, a local non-profit organization that offers programs and services to families and individuals living with Alzheimer's Disease and Related Dementia (ADRD).  There will be a 5K run and a 1 Mile walk both taking place on the Hilton Head Island beach in front of the Marriott's Grande Ocean outside Sea Pines back gate. What can be better than taking a nice run along the beach while watching dolphins play and raise funds for LOCAL families living with ADRD? After the race, pancakes will be provided to all race registrants at the Providence Presbyterian Church which is also where all parking will be available. It will be fun morning full of health & happiness.
