Run Course
The Run Course is the first 2.5 miles of the Bike Course. The vast majority of cyclists will be on the course when the first runner starts, but there may be some stragglers. They should watch out for you and you should watch out for them.
This is the run for the Triathlon, Aquathlon, and the second run of the Duathlon.

Run Aid Station layout
There are two aid stations on the run, one at Miles 1&4 and one at Miles 2&3. These will have:
- Water
- Fluid Electrolyte Tabs (low calorie & low sugar)
- Fruit
- Welch’s Fruit Snacks
