SOLE OF THE CITY 2026 10K TRAINING
Let Charm City Run help you train for the race. Our 8-week training program is designed for the beginner and intermediate level runners who want to improve speed and endurance.
You will meet twice a week for supported group runs with your fellow runners and coach - once for a speed workout and once for a distance run in addition to following a weekly training plan. Your expert coach will provide plenty of advice and running education along the way including tips & tricks for hydration, nutrition and injury prevention.
No running experience necessary!
