Have a goal time in mind?  Want to compete in your event and need a plan that will get you there?  We can modify the training plans to fit your goals and needs.  

  • Complete a survey about your goals and current fitness level.
  • Receive a PDF of a customized training plan based on your survey and unique goals!
  • Don't know how to gauge your fitness?  We will host an optional mile time trial for you to get your time.  WMU Kanley Track, Tuesday, December 10 at 5:30pm



Accountability Group — $35.00 ea.

Accountability Group

Need some added accountability mid-week?  Join a virtual group session for 60 minutes each week!

Group sessions offer 15-20 minutes of interactive content unique to the accountability group including strength, stretching, mindset work, and more; and an additional 35-40 minutes of group coaching facilitated by a certified coach.

Haven’t experienced group coaching for accountability?  It’s pretty awesome and effective!


One-on-One Coaching — $65.00 ea.

One-on-One Coaching 

(Offered to Full and Half programs only and limited to 20 participants for 21 week camp and 10 participants for 13 week camp)

Want to really dig deep and take it to the next level?  Are you a data nerd who loves customization?  Want to try out having your own run coach?  We've got you!  We use Final Surge, an interactive log where your coach can upload your custom plan and you can input your data.  In this program you will receive the following:

  • Two 30 minute sessions with your certified coach - one on-boarding session prior to the start of camp; one session near taper time (about 2-4 weeks from race day)
  • Complete a survey to share your current fitness level and specific goals
  • Optional time trial mile (good for beginners or those starting over) Tuesday, December 10 at 5:30pm at WMU Kanley Track
  • Individualized interactive plan on Final Surge (enter your data or sync with Garmin, Stryd, Strava, Apple Watch, Polar)
  • Monthly plan monitoring and modifications as needed with a monthly in depth email explaining modifications and offering tips and guidance
  • Up to 2 emails for trouble-shooting with your coach per week
  • Note: you still get to pick our brains every Saturday with your Run Camp membership and have access to the sports medical professionals and the fun of your group!
