• All 5K finishers will receive a medal when they cross the finish line thanks to our sponsor, The Bod Lab. 
• 5K registrants who sign up before June 28th are guaranteed a race t-shirt in the size that they select within the registration process.
• Shirts and sizes will be provided for 5K registrants who sign up on or after June 28th on a first come, first serve basis. Any shirt sizes that are sold out will be listed as such within the registration process on June 28 and later.
• All KIDS DASH participants will receive a Crafted Cloud organic cotton candy cone plus surprises from our sponsor, Northstar Family Dental, when they cross the finish line.
