EVENT FAQ
Q: Can I pick up the packet for other people?
A: Yes, however, please be mindful of the crowds -- if you are picking up for more than 3 people, please wait until the line is short so that we don't inconvenience those waiting in line. Please know the size that they want and please be sure that they are registered. You can use this link to search for a participant.
Q: What if I cannot make it on race day or at the other packet pick up times?
A: Please send a friend or someone else to pick up your items. After the race all remaining shirts and medals will be available at The Running Shop through the end of September, on a first-come, first-served basis. We cannot promise that we will have a race number for you.
Q: Will you mail my packet if I can't make it to any of the packet pickup times?
A: Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to mail individual race packets to folks who cannot make packet pickup times.
Q: What if the t-shirt doesn't fit the way I want it to?
A: You can check sizing at packet pickup and take the shirt that fits you best.
Q: What if I got hurt and can't do the race? What if I have to manage a last-minute emergency and can't make the race? Do I get a refund?
A: Even if you cannot do the race, you can pick up your souvenirs or send someone to pick up your souvenirs or come to the Running Shop in September and pick up your souvenirs. There are no refunds or deferrals.
Q: Can I run with my dog or bring a pet to the race site?
