How do I participate?
Register for the TREPAC Run, Walk, Ride to the Finish Line and complete a 5K anytime anywhere between June 1 and June 12.
Simply run, walk, or bike 3.1 miles any time and any place that works for you during that time frame. In your neighborhood, your favorite trail, or even on a treadmill or stationary bike!
You’ll receive your official TREPAC Run, Walk, Ride to the Finish Line shirt 3-4 weeks after registration.
After you complete your 5K (3.1 miles), share your accomplishment by posting pictures to social media. Show off in your new shirt and be sure to use hashtags #TREPAC5K2021 when you post your pictures on social media.
What is a virtual run?
A virtual run is an event you can complete anytime anywhere! There isn't a set time or place since virtual runs are meant for you to complete at your convenience and at your own pace. The TREPAC Virtual 5K is happening between June 1 and June 12, 2021.
How do I submit my time?
The completion of the 5K is on the honor system, so there is no need for you to submit your time. Once you have completed your run, just wear your shirt with pride! We encourage all participants to complete the 5K at your own pace, but we are offering awards to the top 3 men’s times and the top 3 women’s times in each event. You need to log in to your account to post your time.
What app should we use to track our time?
You can track your run with any app, watch, or fitness device that you would like.
Can I update my T-shirt size if it doesn’t fit?
Unfortunately, we won’t be able to accommodate shirt exchanges once you have received your TREPAC Run, Walk, Bike to the Finish Line T-shirt.
