Description
The forth race, well actually the second... Whatever it's 2020 and we just glad to be on a bike! The Sun Adventure Six Pack Series returns to Buff Trails Sept 20th in Canyon, Texas! Beginner(cat3) to Expert(pro-cat1), all skill levels are welcome. We even have a Kid Kup (Strider) race and Kids Race (4yr-9yr).
All Kids 18 and under race for free regardless of category!

COVID-19 INFORMATION
For the safety of all participants the following changes will be made.
Self Check Questionnaire: (from Open Texas Checklist for Outdoor Events):
Self-screen before going to an outdoor event for any of the following new or worsening signs or symptoms of possible COVID-19:
- Cough
- Shortness of Breath or Difficulty Breathing
- Chills
- Repeated Shaking with Chills
- Muscle Pain
- Headache
- Sore Throat
- Loss of Taste or Smell
- Feeling feverish or a measured temperature greater than or equal to 100.0 degrees Fahrenheit
- Known close contact with a person who is lab confirmed to have COVID-19
We will instruct anyone who answers yes to any of these to stay home.
Guidelines: We will closely follow the recommendations of both The Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
Registration: Will be limited to 100 participants per race (beginner/others) Pre-registration and online registration will be highly encouraged. Any on-site registration will be encouraged to use contactless payment through Square. Participants will be asked to social distance 6ft at the registration area.
Mask and Social Distance Requirements: All participants and spectators will be required to wear a mask. Racers, on bikes, will not be required to wear a mask during the race. Social distancing of 6 feet will be required of all spectators and racers. No food or drink will be served during the races. Hand sanitizing stations will be available on site for all participants and spectators.
Staggered starts for all races. There will be a 1.5 hour difference between Beginner races and all other categories. Sport, Single Speed, and Expert categories with. Have 5 minute stagger between race categories. There will be no neutral feed station at the races. Rider support (hand-ups, nutrition) will need to have 6 foot social distance from other spectators and will be required to wear a mask. There will be no throwing of bottles by racers. Bottles must be dropped by designated rider support. Awards will be handed out as riders complete the course. There will be no awards ceremony.
Any violators may be disqualified and asked to leave the race site.
