Get involved in the inaugural Epic Harvest Hustle as a sponsor or vendor on Saturday, November 15th, 2025. We're looking for passionate vendors and sponsors to partner with us and make it a huge success!

This family-friendly event will bring together runners, walkers, and community members from Grand Prairie and surrounding areas for a day of fitness, fun, and community spirit.

We are committed to hosting the Epic Harvest Hustle 5K rain or shine! Our goal is to make this event a memorable and impactful experience for everyone. However, your safety is our absolute top priority. In the event of severe weather conditions: such as lightning, heavy thunderstorms, or any other conditions deemed unsafe by event organizers or local authorities we will take immediate action to protect all participants, volunteers, and staff. This could include a delay, alteration of the course, or, as a last resort, cancellation.

We will closely monitor the weather forecast leading up to race day and will communicate any necessary updates via email and social media. Please keep an eye on your inboxes and the race pages for the latest information.

• When and where is the Epic Harvest Hustle 5K? The Epic Harvest Hustle 5K will be held on Saturday, November 15th, 2025, at The Epic in Grand Prairie, Texas.

• What time does the race start? The race officially starts at 8:00 AM. We recommend arriving by 7:00 AM to pick up your packet is necessary, warm up and get to the starting line.

• What is the course like? The 5K course will be run entirely on the scenic trails at The Epic, offering a unique and enjoyable running experience for all participants.

• Is this a timed race? Yes, the Epic Harvest Hustle 5K is a professionally chip-timed race.

• What is included with my registration? Your registration includes a race bib with a timing chip, a commemorative race t-shirt, and a finisher's medal. You'll also get access to our Epic post-race party with food, music, and activities.

• Where and when can I pick up my race packet? Packet pickup will be held on Friday, November 14th, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at The Epic and 7:00-8:00am on Race Day. We highly encourage you to pick up your packet on Friday to avoid long lines on race day.

• Can I pick up a packet for a friend? Yes, you can pick up a packet for a friend as long as you have a copy of their registration confirmation.

• Is there a virtual option for this race? No, at this time, we are only offering an in-person race.

• Are strollers and wagons allowed on the course? Yes, strollers and wagons are welcome! We ask that participants with strollers and wagons start at the back of the pack for the safety of all runners.

• Are dogs allowed? For the safety of all participants, all pets must be on a leash. Service animals are permitted.

• Is the race family-friendly? Absolutely! The Epic Harvest Hustle is designed to be a fun event for the entire family. In addition to the race, we will have a kids' area with activities and games at the post-race party.

• What happens if it rains? The race will take place rain or shine. In the case of severe weather, updates will be posted on our website and social media channels.

• Where should I park? Free parking is available at The Epic. We will have volunteers and signage to direct you to the designated parking areas.

• I'm not a runner. Can I still participate? Yes! Walkers are more than welcome to join the fun. The course is suitable for all fitness levels.

• How can I stay updated on race information? Follow our official social media channels and check our website for the latest updates on the race.
