Daily low intensity rides on Zwift. The idea is to incorporate these low intensity rides into your "off days" to help build endurance and take your fitness to the next level.
This will require a Training Peaks account and a Club Spinistry membership as well as Zwift. All workouts are based on percentage of power so a smart trainer is needed as well. We will have Tuesday evening group rides each week as well as other group rides throughout the week as my schedule allows, Please follow The Spinistry on Zwift to receive invites to the group rides.
Additional details/instructions will be emailed to registered participants. Please note, this is NOT a coaching program. Suggested workouts are meant as an aid for people who would like some guidance in creating their own low intensity workouts.
