Cancer Kiss My Cooley's 5K Cooley Costume Run and Superhero Dash

We are excited to have you participate in our 5K Cooley Costume Run and Superhero Dash! This is a family event for novice runners of any age, and includes a chip timed certified 5K course for the advanced runner.  Kids aged 4-8 can also register and participate in a Superhero dash competition!  Dress up as your favorite superhero!  Your 5K registration includes a chip timed 5K certified course, music, entertainment, and an awesome CKMC T-Shirt! Each registered adult will also get one free pint of beer from Paradigm Brewing!  

Costumes are not required but definitely welcome for both the 5K and the Superhero Dash! (Note: Please make sure costumes are family/child appropriate)

Packet Pickup: 

• Friday, October 24th from 6-8pm at Paradigm Brewing.
• Morning of the race and Day of Race registration, beginning at 7:30am at Race location/Paradigm Brewing.  

Parking info:  

Inclement Weather Policy:  The event will start rain or shine. The event could be delayed due to lightning.

Refund Policy:  CKMC will not issue refunds in any situation, including but not limited to: inclement weather, family emergencies, medical emergencies, or event cancellation.

Bike/Stroller Policy:  Bicycles, in-line skate other wheeled vehicles (except wheelchairs and hand cranks) and dogs are NOT allowed on the course.  Baby joggers and strollers are permitted at the back of the running pack start line.  Please use caution on the paths and be aware of your surroundings and other runners while using strollers.

5K Start Time:  9:00 am Course cutoff time:  10:30am

Superhero Dash Start Time: 10:30 am

MEDALS will be awarded for the top 3 in each age category:

12 and under, 13 to 18, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, Over 60
