Workout of the Day

This workout will take place either on-site at Southern Distilling on the Day of Take That Hill at 10:00 AM or it can be done anywhere else in the world on your own

The workout has two parts, one to remember a Marine Corps Veteran lost in 2021 and one to align with the effort of Take That Hill

SEGMENT 1:
Wyatt (Chicken Little) Hatcher WOD  

24 Minute AMRAP (As many rounds as possible)
200 Meter Run/Ruck 
24 Push-Ups 
24 Burpees 
24 Sit-Ups

Segment 1  is in memory of Wyatt (Chicken Little) Hatcher. He was a Marine Corp Veteran with a heart and smile bigger than anyone. He recently took his own life at the age of 24. We all need to be more aware of the “I had no idea” factor. This phrase was/is a very common phrase for the outcome of our friend. He had a lot of friends and nobody knew what was going on. Check on your battle buddies and ask really hard questions. Push through this workout with a team to commemorate that there is life in community and that we need each other

60 Lunges (30L/30R)
