Frequently Asked Questions
When is packet pick up?
Saturday 3/14/26 from 10am - 6pm at Time Out Sports at West Park Promenade, during their annual Time Out to Run sale. We'll also be at the race location on Sunday starting at 11am. Please plan accordingly, if you are late to the start, that's on you.
When is the award ceremony?
We don't have an award ceremony. Pick up your award from the Yellowstone Rim Runner tent (near the finish line) before you leave the race. To check if you're a winner, you can look up your results on this website, at the timing kiosk, or you can sign-up to have your results texted or emailed to you when you sign up for the race. In 2025, the top three male and female finishers in 5-year age groups win an award.
Overall top male and female finisher will win a gift card from Time Out Sports! Awards will be based on chip times. All awards must be picked up at the race.
Do you really require an ID for the beer garden? How many beers can I have?
Yes, bring your ID with you! We are required to ID every person entering the beer garden, even if you are clearly over 21. No ID, no entry, no exceptions. Our beer garden has a two beer limit.
T-Shirts: Are you sold out of my size? Can I change sizes? If I can't come to packet pickup, can you just ship it to me?
We have preordered a select quantity of shirts this year. When we run out, we are out.
T-shirts will be handed out at packet pickup with your bib. We cannot exchange sizes of T-shirts at packet pickup because they are reserved for other participants. T-shirts are forfeited if they are not claimed during packet pickup; we will not ship nor hold them for later pickup.
T-shirts are only for 5K participants; the free kids run does not have a T-shirt.
Are dogs allowed at the race?
No. Please respect our rules and leave dogs at home whether you are a runner or spectator.
My kid might get off track on the kids run, can I go with them?
Yes, please! Parents are encouraged to run with their kids if needed for support, encouragement or safety. The Kids Run starts after the 5K is finished (~2 p.m.), so you will be done running your 5K if you'd like to run with your child.
