Free parking is available near the Boys & Girls Club. There is also street parking available.
We have a Rider Support Crew that patrols continually along both routes. These volunteers provide mechanical road support for such issues as flat tires or simple repairs. If the mechanical problem is too great, they will provide transportation back to Registration. If on the ODT (trail) we will call for an auto to meet as close as possible for transportation back to Registration. All Volunteers are cell phone equipped for serious medical issues that require a 911 call.

- Tour de Lavender registration fees are nonrefundable.
- During registration, riders may purchase refund insurance (not available to Canadian participants due to insurance company restrictions). This coverage may provide a full refund for qualifying circumstances such as illness, injury, or family emergency.
- Registration fees may be transferred to another rider for the current year's event.
- Tour de Lavender jerseys and T-shirts may be exchanged for a different size if returned undamaged within seven days.
- No refunds, credits, or exchanges are available for other merchandise.

Both the Metric Century and Fun Ride routes are marked with yellow directional arrows on the ground. Additional directional and safety signs are posted throughout the routes.
Prior to the event, participants receive an email containing:
- Digital maps
- GPS track downloads
- Printable PDF maps
Limited paper maps will be available at the event.
Participants may use the Ride With GPS app or download route files for use on their preferred GPS device or cycling app.
Absolutely.
Portions of the ride utilize the Olympic Discovery Trail. eBike use follows Washington State law governing eBikes on shared-use trails.
Participants should begin either ride between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM.
All riders should complete their ride by 4:00 PM, when support services conclude.

One registration covers either route. During registration you will be asked which ride you plan to do so organizers can prepare volunteers and supplies, but you may choose your final route on event day.
Yes.
Tour de Lavender jerseys, T-shirts, Olympic Discovery Trail hats, and shirts will be available for purchase. Size availability may be limited.
Yes.
Your wristband or bib identifies you as a registered participant and grants access to ride amenities including snack stations, beverages, and event activities.
No.
For safety and courtesy, riders should not wear earbuds or headphones while riding. If you need to use a phone or other device, pull safely off the road or trail and stop first.
Yes.
Helmets are required for all participants. Riders found riding without a helmet may be asked to surrender their bib number.

The rides overlap in some areas but are different routes.
- The Fun Ride turns left from the start/finish area.
- The Metric Century turns right.
Tickets are emailed shortly after registration and should be printed and brought to the event.
Any merchandise purchased online will be available at the Merchandise Tent on event day. Merchandise may be mailed after the event to participants who were unable to attend.

All roads remain open to vehicle traffic. Riders must obey all traffic laws, including:
- Riding on the right side of the road
- Riding no more than two abreast
- Stopping at stop signs
- Riding safely and courteously
If you have never ridden more than 30 miles at a time, training is strongly recommended.
The route is considered relatively easy but includes challenging hill climbs and covers more than 60 miles. Riders should spend several weeks building conditioning and endurance prior to the event.
Your registration fee includes:
- Access to either ride route
- Admission to participating lavender farms
- Snacks and beverages at participating farms
- Event giveaways and rider perks
Jerseys are not included and must be purchased separately.
