🕖 What time should I arrive at?

For Race Day Registration, we recommend: 6:30 AM 
Check-In & Pre-Registered Participants: 7:00 AM
Peewee Trojan Trot  will begin around 9:00 AM
Awards Ceremony begins at approximately 9:15 AM

Do I need to check in when I arrive?

YES! All participants must check in.   

 🚗 Where can I park?

Parking is available in the West Lot, near the starting line and registration area.
Directional signs will be posted at the Zoo entrance (turn right at the fork after entering from 152nd Street).

📝 Can I register on race day?

Yes! Race-day registration is available both online and in person.
Please note that prices increase closer to race day, so register early to save!

🎟️ Do I need to register for 5K if I’m not running?

No. We have a spectator only option available to purchase.

👟 Can children participate in the 5K?

Yes! The 5K is open to all. 
Children ages 3–9 are encouraged to join the Peewee Trojan Trot.
Please note there is no childcare, and all children must remain with a parent or guardian.\

Age 2 and under are free .

👶 Can children do both 5K and Peewee Trojan Trot if under 9?

Yes! However, they will only receive 1 finisher medal.

🏃‍♀️ Can I run the Peewee Trojan Trot with my child?

Ages 3–4 may be accompanied by one parent
Ages 5–9 must run independently
 

👶 Where can my child stay if they’re not running?

There is no childcare at the event. Children must stay with a parent or guardian at all times.

🚫 Are strollers or scooters allowed?

Strollers are welcome on the 5K course. Please line up at the back of the start line.
Scooters (electric or non-electric) are not allowed due to safety concerns.

🏅 What are the medal categories?

5K Medals: Gold, Silver, and Bronze will be awarded to the top three male and female finishers in each age bracket. More information can be found under “Finisher Medal”

🎽 Can I pick up my race packet early?

Yes! Race packets (including timing bib, t-shirts) can be picked up prior 5K. More information can be found under “Packet Pick-up”

🎒 What should I bring?
Bring your:

• Race T-shirt (not mandatory, but recommended)
• Race bib (if picked up early)
• Running shoes
• Water bottle
• Sunscreen
• School spirit!

 ❓What if it rains?

This is a rain or shine event! In the rare case of severe weather, the race director may delay or adjust the start time for safety.

❓Is there a refund policy?

All registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable.
