Aid stations are at 2 miles, 4.5 miles, 6 miles, and 8 miles. Gels are available at aid stations #2 and #4.
The 10 mile course has a soft cutoff of 3 hours after race start. To finish within the cutoff, participants must maintain a pace of 18 mins per mile. Any participants still on course after the cutoff may continue at their own risk - aid stations and course marshals may not be available and your finish time will not be recorded.
