Join us for a daily workout accountability group complete with daily workouts, how-to-videos, and coaching feedback from certified strength and conditioning specialist Dr. Ally Bowersock. Ally has worked with athletes of all ages and fitness levels including Division 1 scholarship athletes and is ready to help you take your off-season to the next level. You will need at least one set of "heavy for you" dumbbells, whatever that may be, gym membership not required!
Registration fee includes two months of daily aerobic and strength workouts emailed to your inbox as well as access to the private group FB page, program shirt, program headband. Based on the work by Dr. Andy Galpin, an exercise science researcher and program development expert for athletes of all levels, this program will provide a scaffolding for improved fitness with evidence-based mapping of workouts targeting all the major areas of physical fitness: long-duration aerobic endurance, max aerobic capacity, muscular endurance, strength, hypertrophy, power, speed, and skill/technique.
This program is for you if you have gym access and don't find joy in using it, or if you have a fantastic home gym and rarely use it. Perhaps you have a gym membership you utilize but you find yourself in an aerobic fitness "rut" and need more guidance there. This program will provide you with both basic aerobic workouts as well as (mostly) daily strength workouts you can do under 20 minutes. Manageable but challenging- the key is to develop consistency! Consistency will pay dividends you never thought possible. Doing just a little something every day can yield tremendous results. Just wait!
